This program is specifically designed to align with ongoing Community Integration and Pre-Vocational Training goals. Because it is focused entirely on education and skill-building rather than self-employment, ask your service coordinator or benefits counselor how it interacts with SSI or Medi-Cal benefits.

For SDP families, this track is designed around IPP pre-vocational goals, with progress shown in a portfolio and monthly summaries. Funding depends on the person's IPP goal, Person-Centered Plan, Individual Budget, and Spending Plan. Confirm with your Independent Facilitator or service coordinator. Based in Poway, serving all of San Diego County. Commonly funded under 334 Individual Training and Education and 339 Prevocational Supports. A code does not guarantee funding.
