What is SDRC? The San Diego Regional Center is one of 21 regional centers in California. It coordinates state funded services for people with developmental disabilities in San Diego County and Imperial County. SDRC does not usually deliver services directly. It assesses eligibility, coordinates services, and funds qualified providers. When a family becomes an SDRC client, they are assigned a Service Coordinator, and an Individual Program Plan, called an IPP, sets out goals and services. This is not an official SDRC page. Caliminds Launchpad is an independent provider, not an SDRC vendor, based in Poway and serving all of San Diego County.
